THE DREAM TEAM DUO
1 KM & 30 KM AND 2’100 M D+
At the beginning, on the Place du Marché in Montreux, the child (under 15 years old) starts running for 1 km with the security blanket in hand, and then passes it as relay token to the adult participating in the MXSKY. When the adult eventually comes back to Montreux, upon reaching the shores of the lake, the child will join in for the final kilometer of the race and they will pass together the finishing line.

Saturday June 10 from 6:30am to 9:00am (Place du Marché, Montreux)

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT
Water reserve (0.5 litre minimum), waterproof jacket with a hood (10’000 mm/h), personal beaker, survival blanket, whistle, food reserve, mobile phone working in Switzerland turned on
RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT
Gloves, spare T-shirt, cap or bandana, sunglasses, sun cream
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Participants will be able to leave their personal belongings at the start in Montreux on Saturday morning, and pick them up on arrival at the Finish location in Clarens (Montreux).
The organizer declines any responsibility in case of loss, damage or theft of any valuable item

★ ★ A race that is becoming a classical race in every family of trail runner. Technical, alpine, with breathtaking views, and accessible to all of those who want to gauge themselves (2 ITRA points). 1 km for Junior, 30 km and 2’100m elevation for the running parent.
